I would like to know why my ring wireless camera third generation will not show me a live view anymore but it used to on my android my phone is today the camera is up to date what is going on.
Hi @user9508. Which version of the Ring app do you have installed and what OS is installed on your phone? Are you on WiFi or cellular data? Is there a VPN currently turned on? These are all factors that contribute to the most common Live View issues. Let me know if one of the above mentioned questions helped.
