I bought and installed a Ring Power Pack about 2 weeks ago. Today I was checking out the app and decided to click on “Battery Health”. Sadly, I noticed that the Alarm Pro is fully charged, yet my Power Pack is at 14% - LOW. There is no LED light at all. There is nothing really to set up and it’s obviously feeding power to the Alarm Pro, so … what gives? Do I have a “bad” pack?
Hi @Alvinincal. I suggest looking at this Help Center article here. This goes over setup and use of the Ring Power Pack. I suggest making sure that all cables are in the correct spot and fully seated. Let me know if this helps.
