I have reset it…still same problem
Hi @user41637. To use the siren on the Indoor Cam, you’ll need to activate the Live View and then toggle the siren button on. It will not automatically be triggered. For the two-way audio, ensure you are pressing the microphone icon on the Live View to speak through the Camera. Double-check that you have given the Ring app permission to use your microphone in your phone’s settings. If this isn’t working, try performing a reboot in the Ring app with the steps listed here.
