Why cant i get onto shared access invite

Ive sent my husband the invite to access our doorbell hes gone on his email and pressed to manage invites but after it loads the invite isnt in the thing to accept and cant get it to work sent invite multiple times but still nothing any help greatly appreciated

Hi @Katiew91. Have you tried opening the email with a different device or browser? Try deleting all of the email invitations before proceeding with the steps listed [here](https://support.help.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-Adding-a-Shared-User-to-Your-Ring-Account).
