    Hi @1Blu4U. If your recordings are showing up as just a green screen, try the following steps:Reboot your Ring device using the Ring app.Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and plugging it back in.Verify your Ring device has good signal strength.Factory reset your Ring device by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. Then reconnect it to your wifi.If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
