ring cam gives bak 2 bak motion detection alerts why 2 of them how do i change it to just one alert
it just started doing the alert back to back like 8 months ago, it kinda drives me crazy
Hi @Thedawggy_81. Do you have Rich Notifications enabled? In order to ensure you receive notifications as fast as possible, you may receive multiple notifications on occasion. A regular notification to your smartphone will be sent as soon as possible, and then that notification will be updated with an image, resulting in the second notification.
