I live in Tacoma, Washington. The city of Tacoma requires that all alarm monitoring services be licensed by the City of Tacoma. I want to verify that the monitoring company is in fact licensed, by and in, the City of Tacoma.
The reason I asked is, my previous monitoring company was not licensed. I created all kinds of problems when it came to notifying EMS or the police.
I called customer support, their reply was, “The information is provided when I get my box.” Unacceptable!
