Hi @Teri4. First, check the RSSI in your Device Health page to ensure that your Ring Doorbell has a stable connection to your wifi network. You can read more about RSSI in our Community Post here. If the RSSI looks good, you can try a full reset of your Doorbell by holding down the setup button on it for at least 20 seconds. After the setup is complete, take your Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device, then check the Live View at night.
