I have an issue with white lines across the camera at night time only?
Is there anyway to resolve this without buying a new one?
Hi @Goldengraham09. I would perform a reset of your device. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing it. Once that is complete, reconnect it to WiFi via the Device Health menu. Let me know if this resolves your concern.
@Goldengraham09 Can you post a couple of pics of the issue? It could be something simple like the IR light reflecting off spider webs etc.
Hi tom, sorry i didnt reply earlier.
When we changed network providers i did this and fully reset it but still get the white lines. Its like something is not right with the unit.
