“Installed ring video doorbell two days ago (2020 release) hardwired. Works great except the white light no longer stays on like it did the first day. It will sometimes go on then out within a minute”
Hi @BigJCW. I would check the wires on the Doorbell and ensure that they are nice and tight. When there is a white light pulsing on the Doorbell, it is in idle mode and this only occurs when the Doorbell is hardwired.
