I’ve just had a ring wireless doorbell fitted and after Christmas having a wired floodlight security one fitted too. Can I ask if I can get 1 basic ring package for the 2 items or do I need a certain package to civet both?
Hi @Fairygodmother. The Ring Protect Plan Basic covers one device at one Location. If you have 2 devices, you would need 2 Ring Protect Plans (Basic) or a Ring Protect Plan (Plus). You can learn more about these plans here.
