Hi there, @Therese2art! Whenever an event is triggered from your Video Doorbell (i.e. rings, motions) you can "answer" it live on your mobile device. To do this, bring up the live event on your mobile device, or trigger a live view, and then hit the green toggle to answer. You can also confirm audio with the speaker and microphone icons at the bottom of the video screen. If this is not working for you, please check your mobile device permissions (microphone) for the Ring app, and also that nothing on the mobile device is be interfering, such as a VPN or poor connection.
