Every time I tried to get the ring protect it would bring me to the homepage with the three option’s.
Hi @user8121. Make sure the internet browser you’re using is one of our supported browsers, which we have a list of in our Help Center Article here. Additionally, ensure your internet browser is fully updated and that if you have any VPNs in place, these are disabled when accessing Ring.com. Sign into your account and click Protect Plan from the tabs at the top of the page.
