When I go to my Dashboard for Ring it is displaying “Ring Alarm is on Cellular Backup”

When I go to my Dashboard for Ring it is displaying “Ring Alarm is on Cellular Backup”. I brought the network down and back up and it is still displaying this on my Dashboard. How do I correct this? It also used up all my cellular data in 2 days. Everything connected after the ring gateway is working on the internet ok, What’s up??? Also my modem is up and running!! My setup is Cox Giga Blast cable modem to Ring Alarm Pro to router to all devices in the house and they all work.
