When answering the door bell it cuts off Everytime I try to speak to someone

Hi all, having trouble when answering my door bell. Everytime I try to speak to someone it freezes. To which I come out and go back in and it does the same thing again. Also my quick replies do not work. Any help please

If you are having issues with poor video and audio quality, I recommend trying the following steps: - Double-check that your Doorbell has [good signal strength](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229). - [Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera). - Reboot your router by powering it off for a few seconds and then powering it back on. Rebooting your Doorbell should help with your Quick Replies as well.
