Hi all, having trouble when answering my door bell. Everytime I try to speak to someone it freezes. To which I come out and go back in and it does the same thing again. Also my quick replies do not work. Any help please
Hi @Sksmith1414. If you are having issues with poor video and audio quality, I recommend trying the following steps:
Double-check that your Doorbell has good signal strength.
Reboot your router by powering it off for a few seconds and then powering it back on.
