I need help with understanding how my protection plan covers faulty batteries. I’ve noticed that my cameras suddenly stop working after a few days and after some troubleshooting, it seems this is because a few of my batteries get totally depleted after a few days. They usually drop from 80% full to zero in minutes.
Since I’m covered with an annual protection plan, can I get replacements? How would I go about initiating this? Would I just have to buy brand new batteries? Any advice will be deeply appreciated.
