Hello I’ve just moved house and have the ring video doorbell 2. But I’ve also found this picture of ring template installed but I don’t know what product this would be? Can anyone help please
Hi there, @Dazza2! This looks like the Video Doorbell 1st generation model bracket, in which our help center article has a visual example of to reference. This bracket will not fit your Video Doorbell and will need to be replaced with the included bracket for your Doorbell model. I hope this helps!
