I have a Doorbell Plus 3 that I can set Motion Frequency to frequent alerts where I will get a new alert even after a few seconds. I just installed a Spotlight Cam Wired: Plugged-in and there is no setting for this as with the doorbell. It appears that after a motion alert, I don’t get another alert for a time period. What is the delay in-between motion detection where the alert is not sent? Thank you!
The Motion Frequency setting is intended to preserve battery life, especially locations where many motion events would trigger. Similar to how wired devices will often detect motion differently or have features that are different from battery-powered Ring devices, Motion Frequency is not an option for the Spotlight Cam Wired.
