What is happening to ring customer it is going to crap, if you can even get them to acknowledge a problem

what is happening to ring customer service is going to crap. if you can get someone to acknowledge you exist they put you thru hell getting them to do anything when it is their end not accepting codes


I totally agree the service is not up to par anymore and the customer service is horrible and almost non existent

How much are you willing to pay in addition to your monthly fee to get top quality support? $10? $20? $25?
For most companies Support is not a revenue generator but an expense and with folks wanting everything to be as cheap as possible you’ve found out what suffers.
