Customer service were no help at all but anybody tell me the drill bit size required for Ring doorbell and cameras? Wasnt in the box!

Hi @Philc77. A drill bit is no longer included in the packaging of Ring devices. If you look up some of our installation guides for Ring devices in our Help Center page, it will recommend using a 1/4" (6mm) drill bit to drill holes in your wall when inserting the included wall anchors.
