When reconnecting my wired spotlight it catapulted into the nearby pool. Immediate retrieval and 3 day drying period, I get a green ght when I push the button but it doesn’t seem to connect. Anything I can try?? These very expensive on my Ssdi check and I have a stalker. I need to have operational in case of emergency assault or attempted ■■■■■■. This model does not come apart. The only screws are on the face of the neck or stem maybe inch in diameter with 3 wires and more screws. Didn’t find moisture there. No other entry points or screws
Hi @b828371e157d986b96c7. The Spotlight Cam is only water-resistant and not waterproof. If the device was sompletely submerged underwater, you will need to contact our support team.
