Well I did contact ring uk telling them that one of my led light my ring floodlight cam which I have

Well I did contact ring uk telling them that one of my led light my ring floodlight cam which I haven’t had long was not lighting up, they got me to reboot it but that did nothing. They then fobed me off by saying we will have to get back to you once I have contacted our technical department, well that was well over 3 months ago. Is this how you run your company by fobbing people off, if no-one contacts me gets back to me I will take this matter further, you cannot run a company on this foundation fobbing people off, just trying to waste time so the warranty stops.

You waited 3 months? Call them back. I would have called in a week. At this point it’s obvious they are not calling. Tell them what’s going on. They should just send you a new unit before your warranty expires.
