Some weird spots have shown up making the camera all but useless at night when the spotlight turns on. Nothing but a small smudge is visible in ir or daylight views, only when the light is on. The light is under an awning and has only been up for a week or so. Any ideas?
Hi @Krislan. Try wiping the camera with a soft cloth and a mild cleaner. This is probably just water spots or some dirt on the lens.
We have the same issue. Cleaning it did not help. It is located under an overhang of the roof which is white.

Try cleaning it with some of those optical grade wipes that you can get for glasses or camera lenses. They are really good at cleaning and degreasing while still being fairly mild. Also give the camera a close inspection maybe with a torch to see if you can see anything on the lens. The other thing it could be is dust that has got in behind the lens. In that case you would need to contact support.
