No idea why my audio sounds like this now: https://ring.com/share/a349a7c0-5464-4f9a-ace3-5604d23ea242 (you have to forward a bit to hear it). Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Singhji. There are a few steps you can try if your audio sounds like this: - [Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). - Reboot your router by unplugging it from power and plugging it back in. - [Verify your Doorbell has a good signal strength, also known as RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229). - Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). We also have this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023556192-Fixing-Poor-Audio-Video-Quality-by-Adjusting-Your-Router) with other steps you can try. I hope this helps.
