Ordered pack of 2 quick release batteries for spotlight cameras on Dec. 12, 2021 with delivery promised 1 to 5 days. Now, they won’t be deliver for at least 3 to 5 weeks but the charge has already been made against my credit card. Yes, I will do a charge back when 55 days has passed, but why is Ring prioritizing new customer orders over existing customer orders?
Nobody is getting priority as it has to do with the world wide issue with supply chains.
Unfortunately Ring doesn’t have a very informative store.
You could have always ordered the batteries from other sources that have better info.
