Website won't let me subscribe

Hi,
When I try to subscribe to a protect plan by clicking on the button “subscribe”, the website loops back to the dashboard, over and over and over.
I have 1 day left before the trial period expires. Can someone help??

Since you are still on the trial, when you go to the Protect Plan tab after signing in on Ring.com, you should see your trial listed under My Plans on the left-hand side. When you click on the trial, you should then be able to follow the prompts to choose which plan to upgrade to. Make sure the web browser you’re using is one of our supported browsers, and it’s fully updated as well.
