If I open my ring app then all is ok. I have the modes.
If i login to the webpage and goto dashboard it tried to load the alarm but then get error “No ring alarm, your ring alarm does not seem to be available anymore” but if I open the Ring app on my phone it all seems to be working. Why is this?
Hi @paul211b. Since the Ring Alarm is displaying properly in the Ring app, the issue appears to be isolated to Ring.com. Make sure you are using a supported web browser. You can find a table of supported web browsers and the compatible versions here. If you have a VPN, either turn it off when accessing Ring.com, or exclude Ring traffic.
