I’ve attempted several times to purchase a plan but keep redirecting me to a initial page with help links that are no help at all. I’m on Chrome / Windows 10. Please advise, ty.

Hi @jhenry1014. If you are not able to subscribe to a Protect Plan on Ring.com, try the following steps:

  • Verify that your web browser is up to date.
  • Use a different web browser.
  • Use a different computer, smart phone, or tablet to login to your account on Ring.com.
  • Disable any active VPNs.
