Although I have two Ring alarms and have for years, the web site says I have none connected. I found a similar problem in the topics and TRIED to find some way to send screenshots of this page to support, but I can only find a phone number. The web site is basically useless to me and many others with this problem obviously. FIX YOUR WEB SITE!
Is it possible your system is registered under a different email address?
On the app (and assuming you have access to arm/disarm the system), go to Settings, Account Settings and verify the email address. Then on your desktop, log in with the same email address/password on your app.
