Hi, I am looking for a hardwired (POE) video doorbell and in many respects the Ring Elite fits the bill as the gate is 20m from the house, so WiFi won’t work reliably.
However, it will be mounted on a driveway gate and I will need a waterproof backbox to mount the doorbell to, because the cable connections at the back are not IP rated. Bizarrely, Ring don’t supply, or even suggest a solution.
Does anyone have any ideas please?
