We installed new internet and can’t reconnect our devices

Yes what you can try is to do a RESET on the RING DOORBELL. HOLD DOWN THE ORANGE BUTTON on the back of the device for 20 seconds. You should get a voice said reset, then go through the whole setup process again and … let it UPDATE ITSELF for 5min-15min.
This should solve it.
