What the heck is going on with crapy ring?
Every day something else. Now, I cannot access the live view on my computer.
When I click on the live view, I have to sign in and two popups come up and after that,

“We are currently experiencing temporary issues. You may be unable to access your account at this time.”

For days now. What I am paying for if I cannot access the features??
And of course, incompetent online chat support has no clue.

Hi @user32765. For your concern, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Verify your web browser is up-to-date.

  • Clear cache and cookies on your web browser.

  • Disable any active VPNs

  • Try using a different web browser to see if it makes a difference.

If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.

My browser needed to be updated, but in the end I found that I had to log out and log back in again to get it working.

thanks for the logging out part. I was going crazy becaues I was sick of using my phone instead of my computer. when i'm working. and then it asked me for my validation code and now works again.
