Is there any way to view a specific time? I had a delivery driver hit my car but it happened in the few seconds between where you scan back and forth through time.

When looking through your Event History, what you see in the Timeline view will include snapshots as well, but there will not be any extra footage in between that is accessible, as the device was not capturing motion in between that time frame and therefore there is no recording for the event. If you let me know what kind of device you have, I can make additional recommendations on how to ensure your settings are set up to capture as much as possible on your device, as battery operated device have some settings you may be able to tweak further for future.
