Water inside camera

These products are prone to be full of water. I took battery out and water poured out as off I turned on a tap. They are outdoor devices and should be made so this shouldn't happen. Ring doesn't care only offered me 30% off my next device. Declined and have bought a Google nest. Other companies would've replaced it. I'm not going to stay with a company that has given me so bad customer service because the interactions I had from their advisors and senior management has been shocking
