I have water in my floodlight (the video seems to have condensation on the camera as well).
Is this covered under warranty?
Hey @hawaiibee. Do you have a Ring Protect Plus Plan? If you do, then you should be still covered over the unlimited warranty that the plan gives you. In addition, if the device is within the 1 year warranty (2 years if you are in the UK), then the device should be covered this way. To avoid a warranty replacement, some neighbors have found relief from condensation like this by bringing in the devices to a warmer location inside to help evaporate the water.
