Was told by customer service rep Piere that I needed to go to Nest

My Ring Floodlight camera keeps going offline and when I called for support - Piere told me to go to Nest or another camera service as Ring wasn’t that good.

Our support team should certainly be able to assist with your Ring devices. If you have any 3rd party integrations or other Cameras, these may not be supported, however, our team is trained to always be solutions driven in getting your Ring to work.
