Warranty sucks

My chime broke and it’s going to take WEEKS for them to send out a replacement. Support is completely useless and only served to waste 45 minutes of my time when I called in today to try and get it expedited.

I turn my phone off when I go to bed, so that’s a long time when I could be missing people showing up on my door step (I work nights, so this is not uncommon for me).

I just paid a hundred bucks for this warranty, too. Ugggggh. I wish I had just gone with a zigbe system or something else.
