My driveway camera has stopped working. The blue light that normally goes on when it detects motion no longer comes on. I get no alerts, even with my car. Thisi is not a prolem with wi-fi connection because the strength is at 98% and the “health” is good. I cannot get it to do anything. It is dead.

What is the warranty on a two month old camera from Ring? How can I return it?

Hey @cgmartine! I recommend also checking your power/ battery level to ensure it is getting the proper resources to operate. After confirming power is sufficient, try performing a reset on the Cam by holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
