Waiting on Customer Service since Christmas

I have been inquiring, via phone, for a representative to contact me in reference to expanding a ring security system.

I received a ring doorbell as a Christmas gift and wanted to expand to a complete home security system. However, trying to find specific information about these LUX on the security cameras is not available on your website. When I called, multiple times. none of the representatives knew what I was talking about. I was told that a representative would reach out to me with that information.

Hi @user36072. I’d be happy to help. LUX devices were sold in a bundle with Ring devices from Lowe’s (found here). These bundles are no longer available. Let me know if you have a specific question.
