Waiting forever for a replacement device under warranty

I’ve been trying to get a replacement spotlight cam battery since June 20, 2023 and I keep getting told it’s another 4-5 weeks because they don’t have any cameras in stock. I’ve been told that it’s because of prime day but I can go on Amazon right now and order a replacement delivered the next day. Any ideas on what I can do here? I’ve actually spoken with customer service 4-5 times and have had to make 4 different replacement requests because they keep making empty promises and messing up orders.

Hi. Did you order it from Amazon? Even if it is past the 30 day return period, Amazon is amazing about helping out with exceptions. I buy everything from Amazon, including Ring devices. Too many complaints about Ring purchases etc.

The outdoor Ring Bell Camera was stolen on 3 June 2023. Since this date I am waiting the replacement for the camera. The subscription was paid
.The protection of theft doesn’t work.
The contact with the customer service doesn’t work.

What I should to do, now?
