Ring team said they were sending out a replacement for a broken part two months ago and they are not replying. Any ideas?
No one here has access to your account info so you’ll have to continue to work with Support (https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406-Contact-Us).
With all the shipping and supply issues I wouldn’t expect quick, but 2 months seems rather long without an update.
But like I said, only Support can answer your questions.
