Visitor unable to hear me

Just installed out Ring Pro door bell. Hubby and daughter are loud and clear when responding to a visitor. I cannot be heard. I hear the visitor just fine though. Help! Ideas? Google is not helpful.

Hi @papabravo75. If some people are able to be heard, but not you, this may be a phone issue. I would check the settings on your phone and make sure that the Ring app has microphone permissions enabled and ensure that when you are in the Live View, you’ve pressed the green answer button to be able to communicate with your visitor.
