If I subscribe now, can I see my previous video?
Glad you asked @Sheerah001! At Ring we value your security and your privacy. For this reason, your videos are not saved unless you are actively subscribed. This means that any events that occurred prior to subscribing, or doing a period where subscription lapses, will not record a video and a video will not be saved. Videos are only ever recorded and saved on your account when there is an active Protect Plan subscription. I hope this helps!
