Viewing cameras via Alexa Show 8

Up untill recently, I had no issues viewing my cameras on my Alexa Show 8. This has now stopped and despite undertaking all the recomended actions, my Alexa Show 8 cannot discover my cameras. They are showing in my Alexa app and I can view them via the app. I have removed and re-added them and Ring is linked to Alexa. Also the skills are linked. I am wpndering if there has been a recent update which is causing this. Can anyone help please?

Hi @user73247. If your Ring devices have stopped working with your Alexa app, try disabling the Ring Skill and reenabling it. This Help Center page will show you how to do so. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
