Why does it take so long for the video to respond when requesting live view?
Hi @Jeff77! There are several variables to consider if live view is loading slow. Wifi signal strength, power/ battery level, and even mobile device connection can affect live video connection.
Check out our Community post about RSSI to learn more about wifi signal strength. I recommend also disabling bluetooth and VPNs on your mobile device, as well as testing on wifi only versus data only, to see if one connection is better. I hope this helps!
