I keep getting messages saying I can’t access videos until I subscribe as my free trial period is up, but I have subscribed can you help me thanks

Hi @Paul10. I would call into our support team to see what is going on with your subscription and account. If you subscribed your device to the Ring Protect Plan, you should be able to save and view your recordings. It is possible the plan was applied to the wrong location or device, but our support team will be able to determine what is happening. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
