We were reviewing a video of someone stealing something and when we replayed the video, we couldn’t get it to stop where he was in video. We clicked the middle 2 lines, but video didn’t stop.
Hi @Reneeandjerry. We have this Help Center article that shows you how to use the Timeline in the Ring app. You can also use Ring.com when logged into your account to review your recordings. I hope this helps.
