Video won't play

I can’t seem to playback any video history. I’ve deleted the app and rebooted my phone and then reinstalled the app which is on the latest IOS. Live cam works fine

As long as your Ring device is subscribed to a Protect Plan, any video recordings should playback successfully in the Ring app. Try logging into your Ring account at Ring.com via web browser and checking your recordings from the website. This can rule out many mobile device factors. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
