Video won't activate

Motion detector and foir bell work, however live video will not activate

Hi @Ezzo have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? When trying to connect to Live View, are you on Wifi or Cell Data?

I have same problem and I’ve reinstalled and changed the wifi network but can’t get video to work. Any other ideas?
